Psalm 86 Song - Jason Silver

OTHER SONGS

Abounding In Love - Psalm 86

Steadfast Love (Psalm 86) [Live] - Glory & Gladness Music

Great Is Your Steadfast Love

Incline your ear, O Lord, and answer me,

    for I am poor and needy.

Preserve my life, for I am godly;

    save your servant, who trusts in you—you are my God.

Be gracious to me, O Lord,

    for to you do I cry all the day.

Gladden the soul of your servant,

    for to you, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving,

    abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.

Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer;

    listen to my plea for grace.

In the day of my trouble I call upon you,

    for you answer me.

There is none like you among the gods, O Lord,

    nor are there any works like yours.

All the nations you have made shall come

    and worship before you, O Lord,

    and shall glorify your name.

10

For you are great and do wondrous things;

    you alone are God.

11

Teach me your way, O Lord,

    that I may walk in your truth;

    unite my heart to fear your name.

12

I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart,

    and I will glorify your name forever.

13

For great is your steadfast love toward me;

    you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol.

14

O God, insolent men have risen up against me;

    a band of ruthless men seeks my life,

    and they do not set you before them.

15

But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious,

    slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.

16

Turn to me and be gracious to me;

    give your strength to your servant,

    and save the son of your maidservant.

17

Show me a sign of your favor,

    that those who hate me may see and be put to shame

    because you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.

Psalm 87 Song - Jason Silver

Glorious Things of You Are

On the holy mount stands the city he founded;

    the Lord loves the gates of Zion

    more than all the dwelling places of Jacob.

Glorious things of you are spoken,

    O city of God.

Selah

Among those who know me I mention Rahab and Babylon;

    behold, Philistia and Tyre, with Cush—

    “This one was born there,” they say.

And of Zion it shall be said,

    “This one and that one were born in her”;

    for the Most High himself will establish her.

The Lord records as he registers the peoples,

    “This one was born there.”

Selah

Singers and dancers alike say,

    “All my springs are in you.”

PSALMS 84 and 85

Psalm 84 Song with Lyrics - Better Is One Day in Your Courts -

Jason SIlver [WORSHIP SONG]

Recorded live at C3 Church Oxford Falls Campus in Sydney, Australia.

https://youtu.be/ZkXwgBLeT9U

How lovely is your dwelling place,

    O Lord of hosts!

My soul longs, yes, faints

    for the courts of the Lord;

my heart and flesh sing for joy

    to the living God.

Even the sparrow finds a home,

    and the swallow a nest for herself,

    where she may lay her young,

at your altars, O Lord of hosts,

    my King and my God.

Blessed are those who dwell in your house,

    ever singing your praise! Selah

Blessed are those whose strength is in you,

    in whose heart are the highways to Zion.

As they go through the Valley of Baca

    they make it a place of springs;

    the early rain also covers it with pools.

They go from strength to strength;

    each one appears before God in Zion.

O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer;

    give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah

Behold our shield, O God;

    look on the face of your anointed!

10

For a day in your courts is better

    than a thousand elsewhere.

I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God

    than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

11

For the Lord God is a sun and shield;

    the Lord bestows favour and honour.

No good thing does he withhold

    from those who walk uprightly.

12

O Lord of hosts,

    blessed is the one who trusts in you!

Psalm 85 Song- Grant Us Your Salvation- Jason Silver

Psalm 85 Song (NKJV) "Restore Us, O God of Our Salvation" (Esther Mui)

https://youtu.be/Cfo-toNbaTM

Revive Us Again

Lord, you were favourable to your land;

    you restored the fortunes of Jacob.

You forgave the iniquity of your people;

    you covered all their sin. Selah

You withdrew all your wrath;

    you turned from your hot anger.

Restore us again, O God of our salvation,

    and put away your indignation toward us!

Will you be angry with us forever?

    Will you prolong your anger to all generations?

Will you not revive us again,

    that your people may rejoice in you?

Show us your steadfast love, O Lord,

    and grant us your salvation.

Let me hear what God the Lord will speak,

    for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints;

    but let them not turn back to folly.

Surely his salvation is near to those who fear him,

    that glory may dwell in our land.

10

Steadfast love and faithfulness meet;

    righteousness and peace kiss each other.

11

Faithfulness springs up from the ground,

    and righteousness looks down from the sky.

12

Yes, the Lord will give what is good,

    and our land will yield its increase.

13

Righteousness will go before him

    and make his footsteps a way.

PSALMS 82 and 83

Rescue the Weak and Needy

God has taken his place in the divine council;

    in the midst of the gods he holds judgment:

“How long will you judge unjustly

    and show partiality to the wicked?

Selah

Give justice to the weak and the fatherless;

    maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.

Rescue the weak and the needy;

    deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”

They have neither knowledge nor understanding,

    they walk about in darkness;

    all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

I said, “You are gods,

    sons of the Most High, all of you;

nevertheless, like men you shall die,

    and fall like any prince.”

Arise, O God, judge the earth;

    for you shall inherit all the nations!

O God, Do Not Keep Silence

O God, Do Not Be Silent (Psalm 83)

Wendell Kimbrough (Official Music Video)

Psalm 83 Song - Do Not Keep Silence- Jason Silver

https://youtu.be/ceoaYkWaw6E

O God, do not keep silence;

    do not hold your peace or be still, O God!

For behold, your enemies make an uproar;

    those who hate you have raised their heads.

They lay crafty plans against your people;

    they consult together against your treasured ones.

They say, “Come, let us wipe them out as a nation;

    let the name of Israel be remembered no more!”

For they conspire with one accord;

    against you they make a covenant—

the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites,

    Moab and the Hagrites,

Gebal and Ammon and Amalek,

    Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;

Asshur also has joined them;

    they are the strong arm of the children of Lot.

Selah

Do to them as you did to Midian,

    as to Sisera and Jabin at the river Kishon,

10

who were destroyed at En-dor,

    who became dung for the ground.

11

Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb,

    all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,

12

who said, “Let us take possession for ourselves

    of the pastures of God.”

13

O my God, make them like whirling dust,

    like chaff before the wind.

14

As fire consumes the forest,

    as the flame sets the mountains ablaze,

15

so may you pursue them with your tempest

    and terrify them with your hurricane!

16

Fill their faces with shame,

    that they may seek your name, O Lord.

17

Let them be put to shame and dismayed forever;

    let them perish in disgrace,

18

that they may know that you alone,

    whose name is the Lord,

    are the Most High over all the earth.

2 PETER Chapter Three

Overview of 2 PETER

https://youtu.be/wWLv_ITyKYc

The Day of the Lord Will Come

1 This is now the second letter that I am writing to you, beloved. In both of them I am stirring up your sincere mind by way of reminder, 2 that you should remember the predictions of the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior through your apostles, 3 knowing this first of all, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own sinful desires. 4 They will say, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For they deliberately overlook this fact, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of water and through water by the word of God, 6 and that by means of these the world that then existed was deluged with water and perished. 7 But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.

8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slow to fulfil his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.

11 Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness, 12 waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn! 13 But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

Final Words

14 Therefore, beloved, since you are waiting for these, be diligent to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace. 15 And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, 16 as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures. 17 You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, take care that you are not carried away with the error of lawless people and lose your own stability. 18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

2 PETER Chapter Two

Overview of 2 PETER- Bible Project

False Prophets and Teachers

1 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment; 5 if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven others, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6 if by turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes he condemned them to extinction, making them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly; 7 and if he rescued righteous Lot, greatly distressed by the sensual conduct of the wicked 8 (for as that righteous man lived among them day after day, he was tormenting his righteous soul over their lawless deeds that he saw and heard);

9 then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment, 10 and especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and despise authority.Bold and wilful, they do not tremble as they blaspheme the glorious ones, 11 whereas angels, though greater in might and power, do not pronounce a blasphemous judgment against them before the Lord. 12 But these, like irrational animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and destroyed, blaspheming about matters of which they are ignorant, will also be destroyed in their destruction, 13 suffering wrong as the wage for their wrongdoing. They count it pleasure to revel in the daytime. They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their deceptions, while they feast with you. 14 They have eyes full of adultery, insatiable for sin. They entice unsteady souls. They have hearts trained in greed. Accursed children! 15 Forsaking the right way, they have gone astray. They have followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved gain from wrongdoing, 16 but was rebuked for his own transgression; a speechless donkey spoke with human voice and restrained the prophet's madness.

17 These are waterless springs and mists driven by a storm. For them the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved. 18 For, speaking loud boasts of folly, they entice by sensual passions of the flesh those who are barely escaping from those who live in error. 19 They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person, to that he is enslaved. 20 For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first. 21 For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them. 22 What the true proverb says has happened to them: “The dog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire.”

PSALM 146

1  Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, my soul. 2  I will praise the Lord all my life;      I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. 3...
